Dream house! Stylish new building in a unique location, in Arecida, the community of Tijarafe, on ca. 350 m above sea level with a fantastic view across the Atlantic Ocean.

 

The realty with an overbuilt space of ca. 217 m2 is made up of three houses in an imitated canarian style which are U-shaped and face each other encircling a large inner-courtyard-like terrace tiled with natural stones.

Two of the three bedrooms are in the North wing together with the bathroom with a tub. Here we also find the main entrance.

The realty was actualized according to an old, permitted land development plan. Further houses may not be built in this zone anymore.

To avoid the loss of the building permit, the house was finished in the beginning of 2010 but has never been in use.

It is actually a first time use with all creative options.

 

The partially terraced property of ca. 14.370 m2 has a number of elaborate palm trees surrounding the house, the rest is in its natural state. Thus own plans, such as an idyllic garden, growing crops or other ideas can be realized.
