apartment of
ca. 250 m2
with its

privately
used by the
owners and
operators at
the moment,
but can also
be used as a
restaurant,
shop or as
an extension
of the
hotel. This
ca. 350 year
old antique
part of the
complex
stands out
because of
its typical
canarian
building
style with
the
wonderful
tea wood
roofs and
floors. The
different
romantic
areas in the
inner
courtyard
offer an
oasis of
peace and
quiet in the
middle of
the capital
of the
island.
The
ground floor
has three
rooms which
serve as an
office, a
bedroom and
a laundry
room.
Furthermore
there are
two
bathrooms
and a
workshop.
The first
floor
holds the
actual
apartment
with a
spacious
living room
and a dining
room, both
with
impressive
canarian
wooden
roofs, the
rustic
kitchen, a
bedroom and
a bathroom.
From here
you also
have a
wonderful
sea view.
On the
second floor
we find two
more
bedrooms and
a
walkable
roof terrace.
The two
streets that
enclose the
realty
already have
traffic-reducing
measures and
in future
will be a
car-free
zone.
The hotel is
in use for
some months
now and has
increasing
acceptance
amongst the
tourists and
locals
living in
the area.
