It enters into a spacious lounge, to the left of which is a large fully furnished kitchen which can also be accessed directly from a separate side entrance. From the lounge, a hallway leads into the bedrooms. In total there are three bedrooms with two bathrooms, both of which are en-suite with a bath.
The dwelling has been renovated in extremely good taste; its Canarian style wooden ceilings, floor which are also wooden, as well as the traditional doors and windows which give it a warm welcoming character.
The lower floor, which is currently not inhabited but which was also renovated, can be used as an additional dwelling.
Naturally, it is also equipped with electricity and the supply of water is municipal.
This dwelling has a permit for tourist letting.
Around the house there are terraces and pathways paved with natural stone. It also has a covered barbecue and benches on the wall, as well as a “dance floor” located in front which is inviting for having parties.
Added to all this is a winery which is still in use privately. Several old stables are currently used as sheds, providing room for garden tools, and where necessary, a reserve for future extensions.
The land covers some 14,000m² and a section is allocated to an area for growing crops. And like any self-respecting traditionally Canarian farmhouse, in its gullies vines, potatoes, vegetables and numerous fruit trees grow.
