In
front
of
this
guest
house
we

a
newly
tiled
roofed

The

and

about
15
years
ago.
In
2005
new
outer
doors

of
aluminium

the

terraced.
A

that
it

The

Water
is
supplied
by
an
own
water
right.
There
also
is a
town
water
connection
at
hand.
Basically
the
property
is
not
arranged
and
therefore
offers
a
variety
of
usages.
From
the
old
days
there
are
still
a
number
of
terraces
with
a
collapsed
shed,
chicken
coops
and
troughs.
Several
cozy
corners,
especially
a
pine
grove,
invite
to
relax.
A
newer
outside
barbecue
has
a
small
forecourt.
Two
terraces
hold
fruit
trees;
oranges,
lemons,
apples,
avocado,
khaki.
It

an
automatic

system.
A
picturesque
spot,
ideal
for
communities
and
garden
fans.
