Charming estate with a two storeyed main house and two guest houses, an apartment and a studio, all renovated ancient canarian buildings on the outskirts of Mazo, situated in an idyllic stand alone location on ca. 470 m above sea level with a wonderful view across the sea and to the neighbouring islands of Teneriffa and La Gomera.
 
The total overbuilt space of the three natural stone buildings sums up to ca. 200 m2.
 
The two storeyed canarian main house with a built-over space of ca. 117 m2 has its entry in the basement. The small alley has an ancient closet which serves as a cloakroom and right next to it is a store room. To the right is the spacious dining room with a following kitchen which is fully equipped with a gas stove, washing machine and a microwave.
More of the canarian style are the knee-high deep built-in wardrobes, original roofs and typical seats in the alcoves by the windows.
Opposite the kitchen is the bathroom with its tub and here too we have the built-in wardrobes. Hot water is supplied by a gas boiler. A wooden stairway old style leads to the upper floor. Here we have the living room and the following bedroom, which has an own exit. These two bright rooms have their windows and a balcony each facing east with a wonderful sea view.
The wooden balconies with tiled roofs as well as the roof truss have been renovated canarian style 2007.
For heating there is an iron cast oven and an electric stone plate heating system. The even natural terrace in front of the main house is a a nice big open space for sunbathing or playing ball.
 
Above the main house is the studio with ca. 25 m2 overbuilt space. It is a former stable with a large bedroom and a shower bath. Heating is done by the electric stone plates, hot water is supplied electrically.
 
The studio as well as the guest apartment of ca. 61 m2 are made of a former stable and are located below the main house. It consists of a large living/dining room and a kitchen and a shower bath which is supplied with hot water by an electric boiler. Like in the other houses we have the stone plate heating system. In front of this guest house we find a newly tiled roofed terrace with wooden garden furniture.
 
The houses have been rebuilt and renovated about 15 years ago. In 2005 new outer doors made of aluminium have been put in and the windows have been replaced by double glassed aluminium pivot-hung windows. Two winged lattice windows outside protect the basement of the large house from the sun.
SAT-TV is available as well as a phone line which is not connected at the moment.
 
The houses are sold with their partially high quality wooden furnitures.
 
The ca. 4.270 m2 large property is terraced. A stone stairway leads to the main road above so that it takes about five min. to the centre of town. The driveway from below is tarred and in good shape. The entrance has a garage and a small shed of about 25 m2 built-over space.
On the right hand side of the studio is the large water tank of ca. 70 m3 and on the left is the smaller one with ca. 8 m3.
Water is supplied by an own water right. There also is a town water connection at hand.
 
Basically the property is not arranged and therefore offers a variety of usages. From the old days there are still a number of terraces with a collapsed shed, chicken coops and troughs. Several cozy corners, especially a pine grove, invite to relax.
A newer outside barbecue has a small forecourt. Two terraces hold fruit trees; oranges, lemons, apples, avocado, khaki. It has an automatic irrigation system.
