The house with its canarian roofs and roof trusses has been finished in the year 2000. The roofs are equipped with moisture blockers. Except for the solid wooden entrance door and the doors of the rooms, all lockable French doors are made of aluminium. They are equipped with shaded insulating glass and engraved sash bars. Additional sun protection is provided by inner blinds on every window. The windows of the bath rooms are protected by bars and thus offer ventilation. The house is equipped with a central gas heating system. Water is supplied by rented gallery water, hot water by solar panels on the roof.
The property of ca. 5.500 m2 has two levels. One is the tiled terrace around the house, the gravelled courtyard and the aesthetic garden. The palm trees, exotic ornamental plants, flowers and fruit trees are automatically watered and partially illuminated at night. Here we find the water tank, the studio with a store room, the dog’s kennel, the carport, the outside shower as well as the outside kitchen and the barbecue.
This level is entirely fenced. The driveway is concreted up to the remote controlled main rolling gate. Pedestrians have an own gate to their left which offers access to the apartment.
The lower part of the property is entered by a separate driveway or via the stairway from the house’s terraces.
