Opportunity: Two antique canarian natural stone houses in need of restoration with two further collapsed buildings in very best location above Todoque, on ca. 400 m above sea level, quiet and rural, but still central. From here one has a superb, unobstructable view across the wide Atlantic Ocean and the mountains! To Los Llanos and to El Paso it takes only a few minutes by car.

The largest and best preserved building measures about 36 m2 overbuilt space. The natural stone walls are ca. 60 cm thick and the wooden roof truss, except for the tiles, is still completely in shape.
The 2nd building measures ca. 27 m2 built-over space. Here too the walls are ca. 60 cm thick but except for the ridge, not much is left of the roof truss. A little below the 1st house is a ruin of ca. 22 m2 overbuilt space. The walls still reach up to ca. 1 m to 1.50 m.
All three buildings are surrounded by, or partially attached by, further collapsed building parts, supposedly former stables for smaller animals.

The wild romantic property of ca. 3.000 m2 is well reached by a not continuous path. It is quite even and left in its natural state, only a tall pine tree near the houses can be seen from afar.

Underground electric connections as well as a town water connection are ca. 150 m away, above the property, where the next neighbour is situated.

A dream for people who like to restore and build themselves!
