Two
nice houses in canarian
style
with partially antique
structure and a
fantastic view
across the Atlantic Ocean on
ca. 830 m above sea level in
the small romantic village
of El Castillo between
Puntagorda and Garafia. Both
houses are on the same
property, ca. 30 m apart.
Both are partially of
antique structure and of
later added building parts.
The ca. 60 cm thick walls of
natural stone, the well
preserved original canarian
wooden roofs as well as the
windows and doors made of
wood in the antique areas
are the original components
of the houses.
The
small house measures about
40 m2 built-over space
and has a room as a bedroom
and living room, a kitchen
and a bathroom. There are
partially roofed terraces
around the house with a
fantastic, unobstructable
sea view.
The
large house measures about
65 m2 overbuilt space.
The living room and the
bedroom are in the antique
part of the building, the
kitchen, bathroom and dining
room have been added later.
The kitchen is not installed
yet. It can be equipped at
one's own account, all
connections are in place.
In front of
the house is a generous
terrace with a unique sea
view.
The
property has ca. 2.000 m2.
In the gardens around the
house are many flowers,
shrubs, fruit trees and wild
almonds and figs. On the
lower part of the property,
which is a little difficult
to access, is a larger and a
smaller cave.
Both houses
are connected to the town
water works, both have
electricity and a phone
line.

nature lovers and ramblers!
