The ceilings in the kitchen and bedroom are Canarian style wooden ceilings, whilst those in the hallway and the other rooms are made from reinforced concrete with sturdy wooden beams on top. To accentuate this predominantly rustic-rural architectural style even more, the internal walls are covered with natural stone and the windows have flush window sills, in the traditional style from times gone by.
There is a large chimney for the cold evenings and a corner area with work chairs. In addition, all the rooms have under floor heating. The doors and windows are a luxurious work of carpentry.
In front of the hallway there is a terrace, which is partially covered, south-facing and approximately 20 m² in size with natural flagstones and workbenches.
The surrounding land measures appoximately 4770 m² and is fenced in; opposite the house there is a large space with a lawn, large trees which provide good shade and flowerbeds distributed everywhere. There is a cemented pathway, as well as the driveway which leads to an open garage next to the house.
The country house is equipped with three-phase electricity.
The water supply is via a hired water corridor and there is also municipal drinking water. It is equipped with a drinking water tank for roughly 4000 litres and a large cistern for approximately 18,000 litres more.
