Modern bungalow in the town of Celta, in El Paso, 475 metres above sea level, in a peaceful area with no disturbances.
The house has a surface area of 112m² and was built in 2001. It is divided as follows: two bedrooms, one of which has an en-suite with a bath and access to a sunny west-facing covered terrace. The other bedroom is just to the left of the entrance area and the second bathroom, also with a bath, is located between the bedrooms. We complete the description with a spacious fully equipped kitchen with its own patio and a bright welcoming lounge with a large sliding glass door that opens onto a west-facing terrace. The terrace is like a second small lounge, as at this height it can be used both in summer and winter. For the few cold days during winter, a pleasant temperature is achieved by means of heating through marble slabs in the lounge.
The high wooden ceilings, in the traditional Canarian style, provide the house with a sense of space, as do the ceramic floors in cream tones, the built-in white furniture in the bedroom and kitchen, and the doors, which are also white in colour. The final touch is provided by the luminous dome located in the centre of the hall, which acts as a source of natural light and illuminates the entire central area of the house. The door and window frames, as well as the sliding doors on the terrace are aluminium and single glazed.
The house has a supply of municipal drinking water and satellite TV.
The land covers some 350m² and is designed as an easily maintained garden with exotic ornamental plants. It has a private access drive and a wrought iron front gate. This is where the parking area is.
A pleasant comfortable house, ideal for holidays.
