El Paso and
Los Llanos, the secret capital
of the island, are only a few
min. away by car. The terrace
offers a
fantastic
view
across the Aridane Valley and
the sea.
A new
property survey sums up to a
total of ca. 3.821 m2.
According to the new land
development plan of the
community,
which is
not in force yet,
ca. 2.075 m2 of it will turn
into a building zone with a
minimum
building lot of ca. 1.000 m2
per single family home. The rest
of it, ca. 1.746 m2, will stay
in a zone with exclusive
agricultural use. Thus it may be
possible to create another
independent building lot in
future.
There is
abundant vegetation around the
house, there are large palm
trees, a number of citrus trees,
a lot of almonds, nisperos,
mulberries and a variety of
ornamental plants.
The
existing house measures ca. 91
m2 overbuilt space.
It is partially made up of
antique structures and an
extension. It is split up into a
spacious living room with an
open fireplace, a small bathroom
with a shower, a kitchen and a
further room which can be used
as a bedroom or a utility room.
It has direct access to the
terrace. On top there is a
generous open but roofed
storeroom. The house definitely
is habitable, but it has very
simple standards; the kitchen is
still in its original state. It
has no electricity, the little
need until now is supplied by a
small photovoltaik power plant.
There is no problem in getting a
normal power supply connected.
The realty is situated on an
asphalted side street and has a
very good driveway. The house to
be built could also easily be
connected to that street by an
own driveway.
In front of
the house is an
antique
“Aljibe” ( water tank ),
which still does its job. Here
the water for the garden is
stored. For both garden watering
and drinking water of finest
quality, there are
two
water
shares in ownership
as well as the adequate water
tanks.
An interesting opportunity
with a lot of lot of options!
