Simple little house in Tacande on the outskirts of El Paso on ca. 750 m above sea level.
The house with an overbuilt space of ca. 45 m² is made up of two old reconstructed canarian houses and a contruction similar to a winter garden of ca. 10 m² which grants access to the house. This attachment holds the living room with the TV and a terrace door to the backyard. A small alley equipped with a practical workplace gives way to the left to a children's bedroom, to the right is a bedroom. A small alley leads to the kitchen and the bathroom behind it.
There is a small wooden house of ca. 9 m² which serves as a guest bedroom.
The original canarian house part has an old tea wood ceiling and a canarian tiled roof, the winter garden of the newer house part is made of aluminium and glass.
An electric stone plate heating system in the living room and the bedroom makes it warm and cozy on colder days.
The house is provided with town water. A phone line is in place.
The property of ca. 2.464 m² also holds a former stable of ca. 45 m² overbuilt space near the house.
A large dog's kennel is there too. Apart from that the property is left in it's natural state and could be built upon.
