The ground floor with its overbuilt space of ca. 100 m² holds the living room. The rooms are high and spacious. There are two bedrooms, a living room and a large kitchen. They have the typical canarian lattice windows, tea wood ceilings and floors. All rooms face the sea to the west. The kitchen offers the best view. The generously cut bathroom with the shower has an own roofed entrance next to the main door. On cold winter days there is a gas heating system, an additional renovated stove in old style in the kitchen and an antique cast-iron wood burning stove in the living room.
The basement of ca. 70 m2 built-over space holds three cellar rooms, which all have an own entrance. The first one below the kitchen has the heat exchanger to supply hot water and the boiler for the gas heating system.
The other rooms are store rooms.
The park-like arranged garden of ca. 1.700 m2 spreads over two terraces. There are some citrus trees, an impressive palm tree, an old walnut tree and some wonderful patches with exotic ornamental shrubs and flowers.
