Two storied town house with outbuildings of a total of ca.
322,71 m2 overbuilt space
in the town area of El Paso on about 720 m above sea level.
It takes a couple of minutes by foot to the centre of El
Paso as well as to the nature reserve nearby, which is very
convenient for walks, bike tours, hikes etc.
The basement of the dwelling
holds two cellar rooms
of ca. 45 m2 built-over space and the upper floor, the
actual housing space,
has ca. 103,50 m2 built-over space. The entrance door leads
to two bedrooms with built-in closets and a bathroom, to the
living-dining room and to the kitchen.
The living-dining gives way to the tiled terrace and to the
garden through a large glass door.
A free standing outbuilding of
about 116 m2 built-over space incl. an own WC /
shower is directly accessible from the street through a
large garage door; it can either be used as a garage or as a
small craftsman’s establishment
(carpenter, locksmith) or as an
atelier. Arranged behind, separated by a small
courtyard, are two bare brickwork buildings of ca. 38,85 m2
built-over space. There furthermore is an open water tank of a capacity
of ca. 41 m3.
The property measures ca. 693 m2
and is caringly arranged with numerous flowers, bushes and a
few orange trees. The arrangement of the buildings creates
an inner courtyard which thus is completely walled. An outer
staircase leads to an accessible roof terrace of the
tenement which offers a splendid view over the Aridane
Valley, the mountains and the sea.
Water is supplied by a rented
water stock of ca. 1L/minute. A gas boiler takes
care of hot water which is stored in two insulated water
tanks. Of course there is electricity (the garage also has a
high voltage connection) and a phone line with the
possibility of an ADSL connection.
The ideal combination of living and working for artists
and/or craftsmen!
CAUTION: in order to offer better general views,
the most of the photographs are taken with a wide-angle objective. Because
of this, the proportions may be deformed or appreciated with a larger size
as in the reality.
