First time use: Large, newly
built two
storied residential house
on ca. 480 m above sea level, near by the city Los Llanos,
municipality of El Paso, at “Los Pedregales”, quiet and rural
with a wonderful view across the town of Los Llanos,
the mountains and the sea. The favored location
guarantees little wind and moderate temperatures the
whole year round.

we find two bedrooms, a bathroom with a shower and a
store room. Here is the exit to the newly arranged

upper floor
which is split up as follows: Through an entrance
alley one gets to the spacious living-dining room,
to the kitchen (the kitchen furniture is not
installed and can be chosen personally), three more
bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower and a corner
bathtub. The windows and parts as well as the
typical canarian wooden roofs are made of high
quality wood, the glassing is made of insulating
glass. From the living room one gets right out on a
large balcony roofed by a pergola and facing
south-west offering a fantastic view.

and has a variety of bushes and flowers newly
arranged around the house. In front of the main
entrance is a water tank with the capacity of
ca. 12 m3 leased gallery water.
