The guesthouse is very popular amongst hikers, bikers, nature lovers or just people in search of recreation or lovers of this special ambiance.

The two-storied main house is entered via an idyllic patio with a fountain. The ground floor which has ca. 195 m2 of space, contains - next to the entrance area and the reception office - a guest’s toilet and a common room: a comfortable lounge with an open fireplace and an exit to the garden, a nice dining room with a kitchen and a further dining room with a second kitchen, where guests can supply themselves. In the rear part is the first of the six double rooms with an own showerbath. Continuing is an utility room for the laundry and cleaning utensils.

The upper floor measures about 165 m2 built-over space. Via a hallway with lots of windows to the courtyard one gets to three more comfortable double rooms with shower, toilet and kitchen use and a further bathroom. Here too is the generous separate apartment with kitchen-living, a bedroom, living room and bathroom with tub and toilet.

Through the spacious courtyard with benches and a small pool with a counter current unit one gets to the outbuilding of about 115 m2 built-over space with two further neat double rooms with an own bathroom each. Surrounded by a marvelous terrace amidst the green and direct access to the wonderful citrus garden is the luxurious suite “Don Andreo” built in canarian style. It consists of a large bedroom, a kitchen-living with an open fireplace and an unique bathroom with under floor heating. There is an exceptional view into nature from the bathtub!

All rooms can be heated or are connected to the central heating system.

The property measures about 6.000 m2 and is beautifully arranged with lots of different plants and flowers and an orchard. There also is a barbecue area, a donkeys farm and a sauna on the property. Several idyllic spots to sit outside take care of perfect peace and tranquility and let everyday life disappear in the distance.

The guesthouse has SAT-TV, high speed internet access, telephone, electricity of course and is connected to the waterworks.
